I popped into Farmers in Hamilton City Centre today and was delighted by their Blue Circle Sale. The discounts were amazing, offering substantial savings on a wide variety of items. The store was well laid out, making it easy to discover great deals on clothing, homeware, and more. The team members were welcoming and efficient, enhancing the overall shopping experience. The Blue Circle Sale at Farmers was definitely a highlight, making it a must-visit for savvy shoppers. Highly recommended!
The team members at the store were incredibly kind and patient as we explored various fragrances. Found everything we were looking for. I was searching for an affordable scent for work and finally found the perfect candle along with some complimentary room testers. Absolutely thrilled! My partner picked up a new cologne as well. Very satisfied. Also recently started using products from The Ordinary. One of the staff members was very knowledgeable about them and provided excellent assistance. Would definitely recommend this store.
I am a loyal customer at Farmers typically. I've been shopping at the Hamilton branch for over 4 years. Recently, I had a disappointing customer service experience in-store. I wanted to buy some children's clothing but since there was no one at the counter, I had to go to a different department's counter. The lady there had a very negative attitude and was complaining that it wasn't her department, etc. I understand the situation, but I had hoped for a more pleasant attitude. My husband went back to the store today to purchase the items I had put on hold yesterday. Unfortunately, he encountered the same disappointment. While she did her job correctly, her attitude was extremely poor, unprofessional, and unpleasant. Her name was Larisa. I don't usually complain as a customer, but I felt really upset after the incident. Thank you.
