Lacked transparency on pricing. Asked for a site visit but didn't receive much assistance.
The service was really poor, we requested a cat flap to be added to the screen door. However, they installed the cat flap in the bottom corner instead of the center of the glass panel like the original door. When we brought up the problem, they refused to rectify it.
The staff were welcoming and offered great assistance.
