Extremely unprofessional. I requested to have my Passport photos taken, the ladies were very rude. I felt uneasy after hearing "you do it," "paper scissors rock," or "I did the photos last week." I was very uncomfortable in the photography room; the lady taking the photos seemed like she was having a tantrum. I did not encounter this issue last time.
I had a dreadful time in this shop. I entered with the intent to purchase a specific foundation. I utilized the testers to check the color on my face. The store attendant then approached me to mention that their testers are pricey and if I wanted a full face of makeup, I would need to pay for it. (I only applied a small amount for the color test). When I explained this, she mentioned that they were closing up very soon even though there were over 40 minutes left until closing time. I felt so unwelcome that I decided to leave. When I shared this feedback before departing, she did not apologize and just smiled in a passive-aggressive manner. I will now be going elsewhere to purchase this makeup product. However, I suggest that your staff receive more training on how to make your customers feel welcome in your store.
Online ordering is incredibly slow, I do not recommend it. It took more than 3 weeks to receive my order. You can't blame NZ Couriers/post because the longest wait was due to the processing in the store and collecting my items. Awful! Online orders from Australia would likely be dispatched and delivered quicker than these individuals.
