I reserved at Maiden as I had a wedding to attend in Oakura. I reserved quite last minute and it wasn’t a fuss to slot me in. I adored what Kendall did with my hair, and was the ultimate hair pampering experience.. so serene! Would suggest to anyone out of town or in the vicinity! 💛 thank you again …
I absolutely don't recommend it! Regardless of the number of massages or beauty treatments this salon offers, they performed a service that I didn't request, left my hair in a style I didn't want, and did nothing about it, simply saying ok! No issue. What kind of professionalism do they possess? Now I returned to my hairstylist that I used to see in Auckland and she informed me that it's impossible to make any changes to my hair as it could cause damage, thank you Maiden for spoiling my hair and making it impossible for any stylist to work on it.
Had the most fantastic experience with Loren. She is truly incredible!! She really heeded to what I desired done with my hair, executed it beautifully, and also provided super handy tips and advice on hair care. I've had numerous hairdressers over the years and Loren surpasses them all. She is warm, charming and just genuinely delightful!! I only wish she was based in Auckland so I could visit her regularly! Thanks Loren!
