We made a reservation online. We found it quite challenging to enter the pool as there were no steps. Although there were grab rails, they weren't convenient for those with mobility issues. It took us a long time to get into the pool. The water was lukewarm - we would have preferred it to be warmer. The pool didn't fill up to the top jet, which was disappointing. We were surprised when the water suddenly drained after a relatively short time in the pool, leaving us wondering how to exit! After a lengthy and concerning struggle, one of us managed to get out and assist the other. Overall, it was quite a frightening experience! When we spoke to the receptionist, she mentioned that there were more user-friendly pools available but not promoted online! It's essential for anyone with mobility issues to inquire about steps at the very least! We wouldn't consider returning. It was quite pricey!
The pool and service were excellent, but the room could use a thorough cleaning. There was a noticeable build-up of dust along the shelves around the pool area.
Absolutely adore the geothermal pool! The staff are so welcoming and kind. The pools are spotless, just the perfect warmth, and incredibly soothing. The massages are absolutely divine. Whenever I visit Auckland, I always make sure to book a session. They offer other fantastic treatments as well and are definitely worth the price.
