Utterly disappointed, went in with my child for a complete foot treatment and a hand pampering session. Firstly, they were unaware that I understood their language, breaking rule number one: never converse in a different language and speak negatively about a patron without knowing their background. Secondly, I had to instruct the manicurist to trim my cuticles and push them back, essentially guiding her on the procedure, which was quite irksome. Additionally, during my foot treatment, I had to request the technician to exfoliate my heels as they merely applied a bit of lotion and commenced minimal scrubbing before attempting to apply nail polish prematurely, prompting me to remind them to focus on my heels first.
My mum and I came to have our nails adorned, but left dissatisfied with the outcome. We've visited before and had a great experience, but this time was a letdown. I felt discomfort when she tended to my cuticles, resulting in a bit of blood. Despite showing the technician a reference photo multiple times, the end result bore no resemblance, unfortunately.
