Jeff really paid attention to my health, my pain, and my medical past. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable, which can sometimes be challenging with a male practitioner for me.
Jeff remained in the treatment room with me while the acupuncture needles were in place, which was very reassuring, especially since it was my first session.
He provided me with a sample salve for treating eczema and psoriasis.
I truly appreciated the comprehensive approach to my healing journey and am eager for my next session.

Purchased a gift voucher for my father, he had the worst time he has ever had at any spa. Bought the voucher for his birthday and have sent multiple emails, as has my dad, but we have not received any response. My dad had to cut the treatment short as it was awful, and the staff seemed untrained. He even had two people working on him at once, which was not what I paid for. This establishment deleted my dad's review, doesn't reply to emails, and refuses to provide a refund. Terrible business, would not recommend.About

One of the finest swimming spots I've visited in New Zealand. The indoor pool features waves, a climbing wall, plenty of inflatables, and foam blocks. Outside, there are three pools, diving boards, and a fantastic lap pool. The cafe serves amazing fresh fries. And all this for $4!!!! Seriously. $4 and children under 8 enter for free. Plus, there are numerous lifeguards which provide a sense of security. Oh, and two thrilling water slides. We made a reservation online. We found it quite challenging to enter the pool as there were no steps. Although there were grab rails, they weren't convenient for those with mobility issues. It took us a long time to get into the pool. The water was lukewarm - we would have preferred it to be warmer. The pool didn't fill up to the top jet, which was disappointing. We were surprised when the water suddenly drained after a relatively short time in the pool, leaving us wondering how to exit! After a lengthy and concerning struggle, one of us managed to get out and assist the other. Overall, it was quite a frightening experience! When we spoke to the receptionist, she mentioned that there were more user-friendly pools available but not promoted online! It's essential for anyone with mobility issues to inquire about steps at the very least! We wouldn't consider returning. It was quite pricey!

I have just come back from the most wonderful massage at Le Siam Thai Massage in Ngāmotu with Yaya. It was absolutely blissful! I have just moved here recently to start a new job, and had a lot of stress in my body. I was really in the hands of an expert with Yaya, and could totally let go and enjoy the massage. It really was blissful. I relaxed deeply and went into another place where I could feel so soothed and nurtured by her massage. It was quite healing for me after my stressful time here adjusting to the new job and workplace. I totally recommend Yaya as a massage therapist. I would happily return to this centre for another massage, and will do in future.
