Amber has an amazing knack for resolving any issues I may face, and is without a doubt the finest practitioner I've ever visited. I've seen MANY over the years. She possesses a wide-ranging understanding of different modalities and techniques (try the fascial facial!!), and is a truly delightful, warm, and compassionate individual as well. Her Brixton studio is also a stunning space and worth the journey, yet she has one in town for added convenience. Jeff really paid attention to my health, my pain, and my medical past. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable, which can sometimes be challenging with a male practitioner for me.
Jeff remained in the treatment room with me while the acupuncture needles were in place, which was very reassuring, especially since it was my first session.
He provided me with a sample salve for treating eczema and psoriasis.
I truly appreciated the comprehensive approach to my healing journey and am eager for my next session.

We made a reservation online. We found it quite challenging to enter the pool as there were no steps. Although there were grab rails, they weren't convenient for those with mobility issues. It took us a long time to get into the pool. The water was lukewarm - we would have preferred it to be warmer. The pool didn't fill up to the top jet, which was disappointing. We were surprised when the water suddenly drained after a relatively short time in the pool, leaving us wondering how to exit! After a lengthy and concerning struggle, one of us managed to get out and assist the other. Overall, it was quite a frightening experience! When we spoke to the receptionist, she mentioned that there were more user-friendly pools available but not promoted online! It's essential for anyone with mobility issues to inquire about steps at the very least! We wouldn't consider returning. It was quite pricey!
