Everything was fine except the employees here. I visited the store this evening to get a passport photo taken, and the staff member got the dimensions wrong. It should have been 45x35mm, but she made it 45x45mm for me. When I asked her to correct it, she seemed unhappy and didn't even cut the photos properly. She then tossed the photos at me. The pharmacy staff are also very helpful, and I receive my prescriptions and medications promptly, especially compared to other pharmacies in New Plymouth. Extremely unprofessional. I requested to have my Passport photos taken, the ladies were very rude. I felt uneasy after hearing "you do it," "paper scissors rock," or "I did the photos last week." I was very uncomfortable in the photography room; the lady taking the photos seemed like she was having a tantrum. Recently decided I needed to do something about my hair so went in and saw Tane. My absolute favourite hair cut I have ever had, I’ve had so many compliments about how it looks and has given me such a confidence boost! Tane was so handsome and knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and offered advice on what he thought would suit me. Turned out better than I could have asked for!
