Purchased a gift voucher for my father, he had the worst time he has ever had at any spa. Bought the voucher for his birthday and have sent multiple emails, as has my dad, but we have not received any response. My dad had to cut the treatment short as it was awful, and the staff seemed untrained. He even had two people working on him at once, which was not what I paid for. This establishment deleted my dad's review, doesn't reply to emails, and refuses to provide a refund. Terrible business, would not recommend.About

For the past 5 years, I've been a regular at Vivo in New Zealand, and it's the only salon where I've stayed this long. The salon itself exudes warmth, and the stylists are all so friendly and accommodating. They even cater to clients with children, offering drinks and treats during processing. After feeling very let down by the lack of expertise at Bell Block Warehouse Stationery (located in The Warehouse) I was absolutely thrilled to discover that the service and staff at the New Plymouth Warehouse Stationery were the complete opposite. On Devon St, they were well-versed in products, printing, machines, pricing, and more, while also being incredibly helpful and patient with my numerous queries. Even the printing quality exceeded that of Bell Block.
I will definitely be returning for my printing needs. Extremely unprofessional. I requested to have my Passport photos taken, the ladies were very rude. I felt uneasy after hearing "you do it," "paper scissors rock," or "I did the photos last week." I was very uncomfortable in the photography room; the lady taking the photos seemed like she was having a tantrum. Everything was fine except the employees here. I visited the store this evening to get a passport photo taken, and the staff member got the dimensions wrong. It should have been 45x35mm, but she made it 45x45mm for me. When I asked her to correct it, she seemed unhappy and didn't even cut the photos properly. She then tossed the photos at me.
