The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and went out of their way to assist with my inquiries.
Whoever the demon or whatever his name is, needs to improve his customer service because as soon as I approached his checkout, the attitude was evident, even the other worker noticed it. If you don't enjoy your job, step aside. As for Sam, top-notch guy, I appreciate his customer service and will definitely only deal with him from now on.
Absolutely exceptional service. I was dreading going to a car shop for the first time but I was immediately directed to the right spot and the help desk. A young woman with shoulder-length dark hair and a beanie assisted me. She replaced my windshield wipers at a reasonable price, changed my car key battery, and ordered a cabin filter that fit my budget. I had no idea about the style or size I needed for any of the items, but she figured it all out for me based on my car registration. She was highly professional, addressing all my questions and concerns about my car's future needs with expertise and without judgment, as I seem to lack knowledge about cars, and put my mind at ease that shopping at Supercheap Auto will be swift and hassle-free. I appreciated her courteous and professional demeanor, efficient service, and the option of membership for savings and receipt-less warranties. I couldn't find any fault in the service.
