Received the most incredible massage this morning from Melodie! By far the best massage I've had there! Would highly recommend ☺️
Experience turned sour when informed they "don't do bottle refills" as I was leaving, not even tap water. The communal spa was decent, but the pool had limited seating, everyone crammed at one end, visible from reception with other guests passing by frequently. Our group was chatting at what we thought was a normal volume, but were asked to lower our voices due to people receiving massages. Understandable, but hard to communicate over the jets, and it seems like they need to improve the thickness of their walls. The lady I spoke to regarding the bottle refill was somewhat impolite and appeared money-oriented. What a disappointment for Aotearoa.
Such an awesome vibe and a fantastic team. Always a joy to visit. Perfect spot for a romantic evening out.
