For the past 5 years, I've been a regular at Vivo in New Zealand, and it's the only salon where I've stayed this long. The salon itself exudes warmth, and the stylists are all so friendly and accommodating. They even cater to clients with children, offering drinks and treats during processing. At Vivo, I feel at ease, welcomed, and truly listened to, especially when Kerri is styling my hair.
Hello, I recently tried the kerasilk keratin treatment at Vivo salon in New Plymouth, New Zealand. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed as my hair looked just as frizzy after one wash, with no visible results. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, it felt like a waste of both money and time.
I've been a loyal customer of Vivo salon in New Zealand for around 3 years now, and I must say, my stylist, Kerri, always impresses me. My indecisiveness with my hair doesn't faze her at all; she handles it with such grace and patience. Since my first appointment (I'll share some photos), I've been hooked.
