Just wanna give a massive shoutout to Kirsty who helped me out today when I was scrambling to get a last-minute hair appointment. I had just arrived from Ahitereiria as I had to rush back home for my Pāpā who passed away suddenly. In times like these, there's always a lot on the plate and not much room to think about things like hair. I popped in with a spontaneous request, and Kirsty was incredibly kind and worked hard to find a solution for me, so she could fit me in and ensure I looked presentable for the service. This level of service is truly exceptional, not just in terms of professionalism but also in terms of compassion. Thanks heaps Kirsty!
