Encountered issues with my home pump... cycling too fast... still functioning. Laser's sole aim was to replace it. No proper diagnosis... just replace due to unavailability of parts. Now, need an electrician to rewire it... new pump smaller, yet pump cover doesn't fit, requiring modifications to pumphouse... left thread tape for us to fix outlet leak, and pump not secured to mounting platform. Received bill next day. Shared feedback via email, which led to a phone call promising to rectify... arrived while we were out, completely redid the job, and got it right! Grateful to LASER Plumbing for promptly addressing our issue.
