Received excellent service at the Drive through, where the team assisted me with obtaining timber for my home project. Grateful for their help.
Our dining experience was mixed. I found the corn fritter to be unappetizing, while my husband enjoyed his sandwich. The staff, however, were friendly and accommodating.
I was left stranded at the car park after closing time because the gate was shut without warning. Despite my attempts to get the attention of a staff member closing the gate, they ignored me and drove off. Another staff member in a car watched the whole scene unfold but refused to help when asked. Luckily, we managed to get assistance from a different employee who informed us that the manager was still on-site. The behavior of the unhelpful staff members was disappointing and frustrating.
