Impressive selection of products and fully stocked shelves, excellent fresh produce, delightful deli options, and the staff are lovely and attentive.
There's a rather impolite elderly gentleman who works at the checkouts. Sporting shoulder-length straight grey and white hair, wearing glasses, he also mans the lotto counter. There's a notice in the restroom stating that customers must seek permission from the service desk to use the facilities, and it was locked. I approached him to ask if I could use the restroom. He retorted that there was no need to ask, but I pointed out the sign instructing me to do so. He was brusque and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing him by speaking at all. Eventually, I gave up and departed. Not a pleasant experience when you're 8 months pregnant and in dire need of a restroom break, haha. I've had several other unpleasant encounters with this man, and I only visit this supermarket maybe once every half year.
The individual at the checkout was fantastic, cheerful, and very professional.
