Oamaru Vision Care saved the day after a small mishap on the hamster wheel in town. The team was fantastic, fixing me up to bring my glasses in later when I returned home from holiday. My Sunnies broke with a unique hinge, but the team were very accommodating in adjusting my glasses to suit my face until I could have them repaired back home. Very appreciative of the attention to detail, and the delightful chat and banter we shared while waiting.
Exceptional service with regular eye health checks. A superb selection of contemporary lenses and frames on offer. The staff are warm, well-informed, and supportive.
I received replacement glasses after mistakenly washing my glasses in hot water. This caused damage to my glasses. Insurance covered the cost, and the eye care team were incredible in explaining the proper way to clean glasses with tinted lenses. The team went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, and my glasses are now better than ever.
