First time I brought my sons here was fine. Second time, both ended up with messed up haircuts. Spent nearly 2 hours and left with uneven haircuts and $50 lighter 😩…
Scheduled for 2pm. Arrived on time. They finished up with someone at 2.10 then started with another client. Still not acknowledged, so I inquired about the wait time. Informed to return at 3.30! Understand a wait, but not an hour and a half. No acknowledgment or heads up text about the delay. Poor service.
