Not very pleasant to deal with snobby staff. Not very friendly. One woman stood there staring at me while I spoke to a rather informative, a bit of a 'know-it-all' lady who didn't want to get off her bottom to show me the way, just pointed expecting me to know already. The starer just watched. It was almost like she was the store's fly catcher. 😳 Would I go back? Not to the Auckland one I wouldn't.
Can't lie there hasn't been a single time I've been spoken to or been approached when in this store even when I have approached staff I've had to wait 15min while they are prepping next month's non-urgent orders to be served or break my back loading up while another worker doing nothing just watches. It's sad they don't have enough competition and are still open, NZ retail is in a sad state. Make sure you're one of the biggest 15 businesses in town in your field or no good service for you.
Brilliant service, a young and quite attractive woman named Jackie served me. Couldn't be happier about my experience. 11/10
