Unfair and impolite. Contemplated enrolling my children, but encountered issues at the reception. While having your mouth open for an extended period is deemed safe, sitting in the vacant waiting room without a mask isn't allowed, even with a recognized government exception. I was dropping off my mother, who has a disability, and had to wait in the car with my infant.
The dentist was kind, but I never received any follow-up or resolution to my concerns. We extensively discussed my dental issues, and she promised to get in touch within the next week or two... two months have passed, and I haven't heard a word. I'm certain that if I were late with payment, they would be contacting me incessantly.
As a recent arrival, I swiftly secured an appointment. The receptionist was efficient, and I was enrolled promptly. The dentist was thorough and provided valuable advice. Not a huge fan of dental visits, but I felt at ease and was satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend for those seeking a dentist in the Tauranga region. 👍
