My experience getting my 3rd jab yesterday was fantastic. The staff were welcoming as I waited outside, then updated my records (as my first two jabs were overseas). A compassionate lady administered the vaccine, and while waiting for my post-vaccine clearance, I was offered sweets, water, and assistance with uploading my vaccine passport to my phone. Impressive service! My husband received the same excellent care today. Well done, team. Thank you!
I arrived at 9:30 on a Tuesday in urgent need of a new passport photo, and the staff were kind and professional. They quickly took, edited, and sent me the photo within half an hour. Truly exceptional service!
This chemist offers photocopying services, so I brought my newborn in for a quick one-page copy, but the customer service was appalling. The lady asked rudely, "What kind of copy do you need?" I requested a basic black and white one-page copy, she inspected the document and exclaimed, "Oh, we can't do this because you need a Justice of the Peace to certify it." I assured her that I was aware and planned to take the copy with the original to the JP. However, she insisted that JPs prefer copies from specific places to accept them. I inquired if she could make the copy anyway, but she refused and directed me to the library. At the library, while discussing the incident with the JP, everyone was shocked by the blatant lie and refusal to provide a service they advertise. As a Taradale local, this was incredibly frustrating.
