I was overjoyed with the warm and welcoming service here. Lisa provided me with an excellent haircut along with valuable advice. All the staff were accommodating and kind-hearted.
ABSOLUTELY HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! My parent went to have their hair straightened here and during the process, the stylist accidentally cut my parent's cheek with a comb. I phoned today and the owner was shockingly rude, dismissing my call as trivial and callously stating that my parent "will be fine". This lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable!! Not even a simple apology! I am convinced that if the owner's parent had suffered a similar cut on their cheek by a hairstylist, the owner would also raise concerns. On top of this, my parent only chose this place because they were quoted $30 but ended up being charged $60 despite explaining their thick hair type beforehand. They were only informed of the doubled price at the time of payment. This is unjust, especially in the current economic crisis. I strongly advise against visiting this salon.
