I waited for weeks for a job to be completed, but no one showed up. Despite numerous phone calls, the issue remained unresolved. When I tried to rebook, Brandy was discourteous, lacking in customer service skills, and continuously interrupted me. She eventually disconnected the call. After 20 years with LASER, we will be seeking a new company. If there was a zero-star option, I would have rated it as such.
Vince has been outstanding in all his endeavors. Welcoming, effective, and attentive to concerns before efficiently resolving them. I am truly appreciative of the service provided. STRONGLY recommend.
