Always radiant, neat and spotless. The team are easily visible, approachable and attentive. Ample parking with a drive-in construction supplies section. The lines can get lengthy - no self-service area.
My mate and I grabbed a coffee and a snack before browsing. Firstly, the young lass who served our coffee slammed the cups on the table, saying two Long Blacks, and walked off. The coffee spilled onto one of the cups and into the saucer. Additionally, one of the cups was dirty, with chocolate smudged on the outside. However, the snacks were delightful.
I was quite taken aback to find out that this store doesn't allow small dogs in carts inside. It would be fine if they offered shade outside, but they don't... it's scorching in their lot. Bunnings here and many other Mega10 stores do. Maybe you guys need to catch up. When travelers who can't leave their dogs to the elements and have to keep them close have no other option but to bake their furry friend in the car or go to another hardware store. I opt for the accommodating hardware store every time. Don't brush me off with your automated response about speaking to a manager. Everything I want to say is in this review! A sly way to dodge actually taking action on this suggestion... and I see others have commented on the same issue.
