Incredibly pleasant service, clear communication on timeframes, car appeared flawless post-repair. I would absolutely return and endorse.
Terrible communication. Initial insurance quote altered due to unavailability of parts, they claimed. Additional charges on second quote for different parts. Eventually repaired, but the component malfunctioned. Notified Onekawa repairs about this. They assured me they would contact the supplier for a replacement part. A week later, I reached out to collision repairs to inquire about the replacement part. Their response was just contacting the supplier to send the part. Another week passes, and still no word from collision repairs. Without initiating contact, you are left waiting for them to reach out. I strongly advise against Onekawa Collision repairs in Napier. Full payment has been made, and this is unacceptable.
