I reckon it's absolutely shocking that the Dr my mum saw "forgot" to send a referral for a scan they talked about at a previous appointment. Then when she brought it up again, it was like "oh what scan?" Don't you folks make notes on your patients' file? So if she didn't see the Dr again, it would have been forgotten, and she would be waiting for a missed scan. Not cool. It makes me fret for other patients too. Also the New So Called Dr Smith is cocky and cranky. Appointment was at 3pm didn't get in till 3.30pm no apology for running late just in a hurry to get out the door he was. My Son has Anxiety Issues and he was so rude to him which didn't help with my Sons Health Issues. They don't know his history only Dr Patel does and Dr Patel takes the time to listen and help and apologise if he's running late
Oh and Sarah learn ya job properly my Son had a Referral done by her which got declined because she sent it to the wrong department a good Dr like Patel would know this and do it right first time
