Such a swanky spot, truly stunning. Sadly, my eyebrow experience was a letdown. Despite showing a pic and detailing my desired look, the $30 service fell short. I left almost unchanged. Also, my first massage here was uncomfortable as Caitlin didn't explain the process. Customers should be informed before intimate procedures. Won't be returning.
Despite a booking mix-up, Lisa squeezed in my birthday manicure. Hayley did an exceptional job with care and skill. Both ladies were super friendly - highly recommend!
