This isn't a clinic ready to aid anyone off the street. After shopping and lunch in town, I felt heart issues with a 197 bpm, shown to reception. Sick and sweating, not being a patient, they said, "Sorry, can't help you!" Flabbergasted, struggling, shocked, I pleaded to see a doctor for a heart episode, still no! Unbelievable lack of care and compassion.
My lad was to have his cast removed today at Church Street Surgery after a year and a half of arm complications. Arriving, the doctor said they lacked the equipment, needing two weeks for the fracture clinic. Hospital and surgeon in Auckland were stunned it couldn't be done there. We removed it ourselves with scissors, finding it hard to believe they didn't have a pair. Poor effort!
Years at this clinic, staff are okay. When you walk in, immediate attention.
