Sending a parcel weighing 3kg to Auckland costs $25.00. Quite pricey.
Terrible encounter with Olivia, their customer service is abysmal! Made me wait for 10 minutes only to dismiss me and refuse to assist because her colleague had already left for the day, even though it was only 4pm. There were 4 other people waiting behind me, and despite explaining that I urgently needed to send money to the Philippines, she still declined to help. Will definitely not be returning there, largely due to her.
