I recently had my first experience with reformer Pilates at Body Nourished with Charlie. They were incredibly attentive to my needs as a beginner, adjusting the equipment to suit my height and strength. Their clear and calm instructions made me feel confident in performing the exercises. I highly recommend Body Nourished to anyone interested in Pilates or Yoga, or to those looking to try something new. I will definitely be returning for more sessions.

I've been a patron for a few years now and the Kumarahou is truly a wonder that is organic, quick-acting and without any adverse effects. My Pāpā had a couple of cups daily for 60 years. He had this persistent cough and eventually he became sick with Covid. He wasn't a believer in traditional medicine but I eventually got him to try kumarahou. Since then, his health has improved significantly and after 60 years he no longer has the urge to drink alcohol. It's been a year now. My sister smoked for many years. 6 months ago she fell ill and was struggling to breathe and was quite phlegmy. She tried Kumarahou and since then has lost the desire to smoke. Both look healthier.
