I've emailed my feedback but haven't received a response for over a month, and no one has returned my call! I was under the impression that the session would involve 30 minutes of focused treatment, as discussed initially. However, I was disappointed to discover that the actual treatment time was only 20 minutes, with the remaining time spent on changing attire. Given the $130 cost for the session, I don't believe this provides good value for money.
I have had such an amazing experience at Caci Wellington! I have been visiting the clinic for 2 years and adore how the entire team makes me feel like I am part of the Whānau! Thank you for looking after all my needs.
No receptionist upon arrival. Nevertheless, the facial experience was outstanding. The Therapist was knowledgeable and explained the procedures, products, and next steps clearly.
