I visited this salon for my nails a week before the festive season as a gift. Unfortunately, the color started chipping in just three days, which left me quite disappointed. It took a while for them to respond, as they left a voicemail that I missed. The owner finally reached out on Friday afternoon to offer a repaint the next day. While I appreciate the gesture, I'm still frustrated that I had to redo it myself, as the color appeared worn out.
The service I received was top-notch. Abby was incredibly kind, provided excellent aftercare tips, and made sure I was suitable for the treatment before we began. I am over the moon with the results of my lash lift! I'm giving a 4-star rating only because there was some leftover glue on my eyelids that I had to take off at home. It's not a big deal for me, having worked in the industry before, but it slightly detracted from an otherwise perfect treatment!
My first experience at Complete Beauty was fantastic. I opted for a gel manicure with Grace, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and great at communication. I absolutely adore my nails! Thank you so much!
