I requested zinc tests for my partner and myself (as recommended by an acquaintance and seen online), only to be informed after a once-over that they no longer offer them, followed by the staff member walking away. We then attempted to use the complimentary hearing check machine for my partner and were met with constant glares and disdainful looks, as if we were in the wrong or perhaps due to my partner's ethnicity? I do know your name, but I won't disclose it in the hopes that this serves as a wake-up call for you to treat everyone with respect or seek alternative employment. It would be wise to update your website regarding services no longer offered or machines not meant for public use. Frustrated and let down. Farewell to supporting local businesses.

However, I was disappointed to discover that the actual treatment time was only 20 minutes, with the remaining time spent on changing attire.
