We then attempted to use the complimentary hearing check machine for my partner and were met with constant glares and disdainful looks, as if we were in the wrong or perhaps due to my partner's ethnicity? I do know your name, but I won't disclose it in the hopes that this serves as a wake-up call for you to treat everyone with respect or seek alternative employment.
