On the 8th of February, I had soft gel extensions done. Just 6 days later, I had to return due to severe pain in my left index finger. Upon removal, the nail looked bruised, despite no memory of injuring it.
My second time at this nail salon and I traveled from Tauranga for the second time because the service is consistently excellent. The staff is polite, kind, and provides exceptional service overall. The ladies here really take care of you and go above and beyond. I have never encountered a nail salon with such hospitality and dedication to ensuring the customer has a memorable experience. They are focused and consult with you every step of the way to ensure you are satisfied with the final result. Thank you ladies, I absolutely adore my nails!
This nail salon is top-notch in Aotearoa. The team is welcoming, very attentive, quick, and clean. Each customer receives their own nail tools, so no worries about nail fungus here. It's a joyful atmosphere and a delight to visit.
