Adore having my hair styled at Jess's. All the team members are incredibly warm and welcoming. Harper is exceptional. She made me feel comfortable and is delightful to converse with. After showing her a photo of my desired look, we discussed the style and her approach. She cut and styled my hair flawlessly - exactly as I envisioned. She excels at her craft!
