I am truly let down by my recent visit to The Beauty Spot Wellington. My appointment was set for 4 p.m. on Saturday, only to be canceled 10 minutes prior due to the therapist falling ill. While I understand sickness is unpredictable, the lack of an alternative therapist was disappointing. Cancelling so last minute is disrespectful and unprofessional, showing a disregard for the client's time and commitment. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering the absence of a backup plan. A reputable establishment should have contingencies in place for such situations, and the lack thereof raises concerns about their preparedness.About

I recently had a very disheartening experience at Chemist Warehouse. The pharmacist I encountered was extremely impolite and unkind. During my visit, I was questioned by them about the regular medications that I require for my health. Despite these medications being prescribed by my GP, the pharmacist acted as if they knew better than my doctor about my medical needs. I often pop into this spot and always end up with the same treatment, which is usually alright. I walk out content with my nails. Today, it took a good two hours for a regular pedicure (non-gel) and a basic acrylic set to be done. However, my nails turned out nothing like what I had requested. They're excessively long, an unattractive baby pink instead of the natural nude pink I desired. They're lumpy, bubbly, and the polish is so thin you can see through it. However, the beautician arrived late and did my brows while on the phone, which I found quite rude. After finishing my brows, she made me wait even longer, still chatting on the phone in her native language and interrupting the service to talk to another staff member. She even paused for a good 5 minutes to share a story, laughing all the while.
