Waerenga Rd
The only dairy in Whanganui, which doesn't truly serve the community. No longer open on a Saturday. No late opening on a Thursday (or any other day) now either. Shameful. The only reason I gave it any stars at all is because of the awesome staff that work there.
Today I came to pick up my remaining prescription for the last month and also handed in a new prescription from the hospital. They informed me that I couldn't have my remaining prescription as part of the new one. I lost a month's worth of tablets, which was unjust to me. I understand you have your rules and policies, but you need to communicate with the patient before canceling any old prescriptions. Very disappointed with their service.
Awesome staff and customer-centric. Would've rated 5 stars if they were open on Saturday mornings too.
