DO NOT COME HERE for lash lifts if you are Māori. I showed them a reference picture and did not get what I asked for AT ALL. My bottom lashes were contaminated by the perm solution they put on my top lashes, so now they are crooked and wonky in all directions. Now for my top lashes…post appointment they were curling LIKE CRAZY. To the point where my top lashes were curling in on themselves, I completely thought this would ease within a few hours, but they did not at all. I contacted Mooi(a beauty salon near me) and asked for their advice for a lash lift gone wrong, through which they informed me they would only be able to reverse it 8 WEEKS later, since that is when the new lashes would grow through….. im very disappointed and would not wish this experience for anyone. Thankfully I was able to retrieve a refund, though i was unable to communicate with the lady who did my lashes.
Aarohi did my eyelash lift and tint today. She did a good job with them and kept checking in on me to make sure I was feeling okay. When they begun to sting a bit she immediately fixed it and ensured I was feeling okay. They look perfect now and I am very happy with the service- would definitely recommend.
