This is my favorite nail salon to visit! Quyen is such a lovely person, and she always does my nails perfectly! I adore this place, they are incredibly skilled! Be sure to give them a try! ❤️
Have visited many times for manicures and eyebrow shaping. This recent visit will be my final one - left feeling almost in tears due to the terrible treatment I received. I will be sure to spread the word to steer clear of this place, as they will belittle you and criticize your choices, even though the result turned out fine (so why make customers feel so awful?). I had 3 different women working on me during a basic manicure, one of them kept switching between two of us with tools, which was unhygienic. Additionally, I was not informed about additional charges until after the service was completed, showing a lack of transparency in pricing. The manicure I received was of poor quality, with paint all over my fingers and hands. I had to request for it to be cleaned off! Truly disappointing considering the wonderful service I had received from previous staff. It's a shame that the good employees have left. Note - I did raise these concerns directly with them but have been ignored, hence why I am sharing my experience on Google after being ignored.
BEAUTY INSTINCT! Thank you for the stunning nails! I had such a delightful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Exceptional customer service. Managed to get my nails done just before lockdown, which was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend paying a visit here! Everything was absolutely flawless! No other nail salon I've been to can compare to this place xo thank you
