I understand that I opted for a quick shape buff and gel polish, but the professional didn't even bother to shape my nails. The nails looked okay but very untidy, the gel didn't cure properly because they were in a rush. Not a place I would recommend.
Visited to have my acrylics soaked off and new ones applied. The soak off was fine, but when I requested medium length for the new acrylics, the professional cut them very short without my consent. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, I felt pressured to continue. When another professional took over for the acrylic application, I mentioned my preference for longer nails and suggested removing the tips. The response was extremely rude, insisting on extra payment for slightly longer nails. This led to a heated exchange in their language with other staff, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The soak off process was abrupt and I decided to cancel the service, asking for a refund. The money was returned in a disrespectful manner. Overall, the customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this place.
Absolutely fantastic, I've been twice and it's been a wonderful experience. They are incredibly gentle and take their time. Will definitely be returning ♥️♥️♥️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻...
