I've been visiting this place for a few years now specifically for sports massages which were really good but unfortunately this will be my last time. My most recent session was so rushed and if anything was just covered in oil and missed so many body parts, just felt like a normal massage… when requested for a sports/deep tissue massage. Paying $150 and being covered in oil just ain’t the one...
I don't usually leave reviews like this but after this experience I thought I'd share mine. Lovely staff and ambience however I had booked for a full body massage and foot massage special they had on. Honestly, I was not too happy because I have had many massages before and paying $164 for this I expected all areas to be treated. The therapist did ask if I had any areas she should focus on and I did say feet, back, and neck. I don't feel like all areas were treated and seeing as she asked about areas she can focus on which in the end she did not focus on them at all, which is strange because I had paid for them. Throughout the whole session, the best way I can describe it was like she was rubbing in the oil as one would at home, no technique or nothing, and then covering me with this sheet and pushing down on the areas (which was done most of the 1 hour and a half) I was there. I honestly will not go back to this spa as I felt like I needed a massage after this 'massage'. Wouldn't recommend this spa, unfortunately. : (
Going there for my last 4 years. Owner is so good always. Today did not see her. Wish I could give zero for only today’s session. One of the worst massages had at 6 o'clock. Maybe that young lady wanted to go home, I was the last customer. Very bad. Booked for one hour, came out in 35 minutes by my choice. Waste of money today. Drove all the way 30kms to Cocoon. Not going anymore.
