Huge shoutout to the Kiwi lady working at the Pohutukawa counter! Provided us with very friendly service, and both my partner and I were extremely pleased. Thank you! 🙂 On the flip side, the staff at the Kowhai counter were quite unfriendly. They all seemed rather angry... quite intimidating! 😱 Luckily, we decided to make our purchase from the lovely Pohutukawa lady instead of the grumpy Kowhai counter staff...!! 😑
Had the pleasure of being assisted by Tui today while looking for a Kiwi product. Tui's customer service skills are outstanding. He went above and beyond to check the stockroom for the item we needed and was delightful in his interactions. Great range of products available at Kiwi Kete. Conveniently situated in Botany mall surrounded by other stores. Extensive selection of children's, men's, and women's clothing. Vast array of kids' toys to spoil them. Impressive variety of cosmetics also on offer. Good selection of household items and kitchenware available. Look out for special deals on certain days. Plenty of parking available, but can be tricky to find on weekends. Always nice to see helpful staff in the store.
