I had a fantastic experience at this shop with Arapeta (apologies if I've misspelled that) who dedicated ample time and attention to assist me in finding the perfect product to fill in my eyebrows after losing half of them during treatment. Walking out of the shop with my eyebrows done made me feel so self-assured, it truly brightened my day! Everyone at the shop was delightful, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you're not well-versed in makeup like me, they are incredibly knowledgeable and considerate towards customers.
I popped into your shop this morning at 9:34am, 30 June to collect my Level 3 gift. Upon leaving the shop, I noticed that the gift box was damaged (see photo attached). So, I promptly returned and requested a replacement set. Your staff member was exceedingly impolite and unprofessional. She declined my request and insisted that I should accept the condition of the product itself. Moreover, the product packaging was even soiled! Queries for you: 1. Is the gift box included in the Level 3 gift? 2. If so, is it deemed acceptable by Mecca to provide a Level 3 gift in such a state? 3. Why was my request rejected with such poor customer service standards and demeanor? As a Level 3 patron, I have frequented the Papatūānuku shop on numerous occasions, all my past experiences have been delightful. However, based on how I was treated by this particular staff member today, I am giving you a one-star rating.
Popped in today to utilize a Christmas gift card and was assisted by a lass named Hine or Aroha, I'm uncertain of the spelling - she aided me in selecting the perfect shades and suggested various products, even taking me outside to natural light to confirm the shade.
