For over 3 years, I've been a loyal customer of Olive Silk Nails. I receive compliments on my nails regularly from friends, family, and even strangers while out and about. Opting for the silk option has significantly improved the health of my nails, thanks to Olive's expertise and the professionalism of her team.
After reading some great reviews, I got my mum a voucher for silk nails. They charged her extra without prior notice, totaling $210. Definitely not worth it; felt like a scam. To avoid surprises, I confirmed the price for my design beforehand. Initially, they agreed to the design but later tried to change it to charge more. I ended up getting a gel manicure with design for $100. However, just 4 hours later, a chip appeared. The touch-up the next day was poorly done, leaving a blotchy finish. More nails chipped in the following days, unlike the lasting gel I've had before. It was a hassle to fix them while overseas. Regretting getting them done. Two bad experiences out of two. Not recommended!
