Extremely warm and accommodating receptionist Liam. I had a conversation with him over the phone and he was incredibly pleasant.
Had a fantastic experience at the physio with Mason Patel. I arrived with intense shoulder pain and he provided clear explanations in a very understandable way. He did an excellent job and my pain vanished. He's a compassionate individual, demonstrated exercises that were easy to follow, and even printed them out for me to refer back to. Outstanding service, Mason. We need more professionals like you in the future.
