Exceptionally well taken care of by Aarohi, I only get my treatments done by them. As a first-timer getting laser treatment, I was quite nervous but they were very professional and considerate! You are in very good hands when you visit them. --- ABSOLUTELY NEVER RETURNING HERE!! The worst experience as a first-time customer. Received a gifted Hifu full face and neck treatment - a deal for 1 session at $399. Upon arrival, informed it was only for a full face. Showed the voucher to the Kiwi lady assigned to my treatment, she still insisted it was not for full face and neck, but agreed to do the neck secretly - without her boss knowing. Only treated the face up to the jawline, neglecting the neck. Gel applied to the neck, but no further action. Constant talk of returning for a special price when the boss wasn't present. Highly disappointing given the cost of $399, with barely noticeable results post-treatment and days later, no evidence of any treatment received.
