Thank you! 🙂 On the flip side, the staff at the Kowhai counter were quite unfriendly. They all seemed rather angry... quite intimidating! 😱 Luckily, we decided to make our purchase from the lovely Pohutukawa lady instead of the grumpy Kowhai counter staff...!! 😑

I had a fantastic experience at this shop with Arapeta (apologies if I've misspelled that) who dedicated ample time and attention to assist me in finding the perfect product to fill in my eyebrows after losing half of them during treatment. Walking out of the shop with my eyebrows done made me feel so self-assured, it truly brightened my day!

My most recent session was so rushed and if anything was just covered in oil and missed so many body parts, just felt like a normal massage… when requested for a sports/deep tissue massage. Paying $150 and being covered in oil just ain’t the one...About
