I had a fantastic experience at this shop with Arapeta (apologies if I've misspelled that) who dedicated ample time and attention to assist me in finding the perfect product to fill in my eyebrows after losing half of them during treatment. Walking out of the shop with my eyebrows done made me feel so self-assured, it truly brightened my day!

My foot treatment was fine, but sadly, my luxury nail care was a tad underwhelming with air pockets visible under the paint, uneven application & a small cut that stung when sanitizer touched it, (photos provided). Uncertain if a gentle hand rub is part of the luxury nail care here unlike other salons, but I missed that, which is usually my favorite part. They all seemed rather angry... quite intimidating! 😱 Luckily, we decided to make our purchase from the lovely Pohutukawa lady instead of the grumpy Kowhai counter staff...!! 😑
