Huge shoutout to the Kiwi lady working at the Pohutukawa counter! Provided us with very friendly service, and both my partner and I were extremely pleased. Thank you! 🙂 On the flip side, the staff at the Kowhai counter were quite unfriendly. They all seemed rather angry... quite intimidating! 😱 Luckily, we decided to make our purchase from the lovely Pohutukawa lady instead of the grumpy Kowhai counter staff...!! 😑

My experience with Comfortel was made so stress free and easy thanks to Krista who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is easier for the customer. I've been visiting this place for a few years now specifically for sports massages which were really good but unfortunately this will be my last time.
My most recent session was so rushed and if anything was just covered in oil and missed so many body parts, just felt like a normal massage… when requested for a sports/deep tissue massage. Paying $150 and being covered in oil just ain’t the one...About
