I strongly advise against visiting this establishment as it is a complete rip-off. Initially quoted $40 for a lash lift, but upon completion, they demanded $60 instead of the agreed $50. After waiting for over 30 minutes, my lashes looked no different. I regret wasting my time and money here. To top it off, when I asked to use the bathroom, the receptionist directed me to a facility across the road. Spare yourself the trouble and avoid this place altogether.About

I've been a regular here for years for Brazilian waxes, and I've noticed that every time I get served by Priya, she seems to have an attitude. My last visit on Monday was the worst by far. Interestingly, she was chatting and laughing happily with the client before me (who was also Indian), but as soon as I entered, her responses were short and she seemed irritated. She bluntly asked, 'What do you want?' After explaining, she prepared the room and left without checking if I was ready, just walking back in. During the waxing, she didn't bother to tighten the skin before pulling the strip, causing me to bleed for the first time. She's the only one in the salon who instructs me to hold certain areas during a Brazilian wax. When it was time for the back, she abruptly said, 'turn around.'
I've interacted with most other staff at this salon, and they've all been lovely, making the intimate waxing experience enjoyable. Tane has truly exceeded all expectations with his exceptional lash expertise that lasts a long time. I had given up on getting extensions before, but after reading rave reviews about his work, I decided to give it a try - and now I'm hooked. I opt for the Classic lashes, which last up to 6 weeks. I go for infills every 2 to 3 weeks, yet Tane's lashes outlast any others I've tried before. Previously, my lashes would fall out, leaving unsightly gaps within days, but with Tane, no gaps or missing lashes. His workspace is always immaculate, he creates a comfortable atmosphere, and he's a delightful person. I recently started trying their services, beginning with a head massage, and I must admit the male masseur was exceptional (especially for head massages). I felt incredibly relaxed, and the head massage was truly rejuvenating. What a team! The female masseuses were equally fantastic. I also tried their full body Ayurveda massage.
